the top can be installed in one day easily. it took us two days, but we started late and people kept stopping by and interupting us. i ordered mine straight from STC also. took about two weeks from ordering to receiving. good luck with the install. later.....tmanofcali

Looks cool... Are those snaps on the tops of the a-pillars, or am I just seeing things? I thought that the Fast-Trac was a no-drill top.

Do you have any information on the company STC, like an address and phone number? Did any holes have to be drilled for it?

their phone number is 303-487-9939 or toll free at 1-866-487-9944. hours 8am to 4pm mountain time. monday-friday. yes that is a snap at the top of the pillar. three snaps go on each side of the windsheild frame. you have to drill 7 holes across the tailgate for the rail. i figure if i wasnt worried about drilling the body, nobody else would either. i think the top would be better than the origional snap type, because it is sealed all the way around instead of just snaps. it also leaves a cleaner look. by the way newgenk5 if you want to see mine in person or if you need help let me know, im in lodi. later......tmanofcali
