Yay for me, 1st post! I broke, and or lost both shims on my rear springs this weekend, does anyone know where I can find steel ones to replace the broken alloy ones? If not, where do I find replacement shims? The lift kit manufacturer?

This guy will make steel shims in any angle from 1-12 degrees for $25 per pair. Foothill Off-Road sells them in 2, 4, and 6 degree versions, but I don't know the price.

1st post and already a member! Kudos! /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

I bought a pair from the guy Shaggy mentioned in his post. I would not recommend using his. He basically cuts a steel block with a band saw. The shims were not the same thickness, but were the same angle. http://www.rockequipment.com/springs sells steel shims in multiple angles for $14.50each.

Thank you both, I contacted Foothill's, they were the only ones open when I got off work. 32.00 including shipping, should be here and i'll install them on Tuesday.
