Will a knuckle and steering arm from a ford dana 44 work to do a crossover steering on my Jimmy. If not then where can I get the pass. side steering arm? Also what years are the best to find the flst top knuckle?

Another question about crossover, can I flip my tie rod bar around and use the hole where the stabilizer use to be as a mounting point for the crossover? The reason I ask is because I have heard it is the weak link, but in the crossover article in the technical section he uses the bar with the tie rod end that has the hole as part of it towards the gear box. If its so weak then why can he use it this way?

Thats what I tough. So do you guys think it is okay to hook a crossove to the hole on the tie rod bar (flipped to pass side)?

Why wouldnt it be strong enough for a drag link? I was checking out the article in the technical area and he has his drag link connected to the knuckle, but he uses the tie rod end with the hole to connect it to the knuckle.

So far it seems to work on his. He had a flat top knuckle drilled and tapped and put an arm on it. For the crossover link he used a modified tie rod link. He cut it to length and retapped it, and put factory tie rod ends on including the one with the hole. I know it will work this way, but I was wondering if I just can use the tie rod link as the mounting pont or will that be too much stress on it?
