Steering box brace on 69-72s?

    We tried this about 3 years back and it will not bolt up at all.

    That pretty much says it all. Haven't seen as many problems with the early trucks, but that could be due to the relatively small number of them?
    New product for us maybe.

    So has anyone found cracks in their frames near the steering box bolt holes on their 69 - 72's?

    Didnt some of the early trucks I want to say around 71-72 have a special brace included similar to a brace?
