Ok, I had my truck parked and I noticed that one of the front wheels was tilted a little bit so I jacked the truck up and sure enough the wheel was not on all the way. lugs were all tight so I figured that it was the spindle nuts. Those were fine so now its the steering knuckle studs that the spindle attaches to. Anyone know where I can get some of these, Im going to try the local kragen and autozone but if they dont have them im goin to have to find a different scource. I looked in the LCM catalog and they only have ones listed for a 10 bolt. would those work on a D44? Any help would be great. Thanks

No, two of the six studs on the steering knuckle that the spindle bolt to broke. Looks like im goin to have to find a way to get them other than local parts places, chain stores dont carry them and the driveline shop round here said that spicer no longers carries them

Oh, sorry, the 10 bolt ones will work as mentioned above. If you can find a stud of that size (or close too) all you need to do is grind off one edge and press away. I can't imagine there being none made currently.

Keep in mind that these are fine thread studs.

Pretty scary that you broke one!

If you can't find them, I have a bunch of extra Knuckle. I can pop a couple studs out and mail them to you. PM me with address if you need them.
