im putting an 8in lift on my truck and i know i should conver to Xover but there is a slight problem ($$$$). So for now i was gonna use the existing steering. Should i just use a four inch raise block on the axle(d60) and a four in drop pitman arm? and where can i get a good deal on these things?

    thanks,

    phill

    never seen a 4" pitman only a 2" at national for $70
use a dodge d60 arm redrilled for the steering arm. once you get those parts measure what size block you will need.

    cross over is cheap
    used 2wdr box
$60 4" dropped arm from parts mike
$100 arm for the passenger side, ORD isnt the only game in town despite their close ties with this fine site
    stock tie rod ends
a length of 1.25"x.219"wall tubing for the drag link, will be testing the rumour that the inside dia is perfect for threading within a week
cant see why anyone would do it the old way now a days
