does anyone know if a 93 style steering wheel (no air bag) will fit on to a 79 style column. I seen this on another K-5
that was on ebay about a month ago but I could not tell if
they swiched out the column also

I am almost sure that they would fit ok. GM used the same design/style column forever, and I know my friend has a steering wheel off the new body style on his truck.

I agree, it should work but I don't know for sure about the 93. However, I have run an 89 (are they the same?) on my old 76 Scottsdale SWB though.

Will work. I run a 92 Chevy on my 87K5 and fit with no problem. Had to change wire connection for horn is all. Piece of cake!
