For the best 80's Hair Band Poll /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif

The original poll included Van Halen which I removed cause I don't really consider them an '80s hair band.' Their popularity continued well into the 90s until they started the lead singer juggling and then it was basically over. I added The Scorpions because they were pretty popular in the 80s and then basically fell off the face of the earth.

I gotta say Poison was probably the best band for "Hair"
If you want the best rock band...thats a different story.

BTW, I was buying Scorpion albums in the 70's /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif

    Do you remember UFO ??

Some of those guys in Poison looked a little too pretty for my taste, but, yes, they probably bought Aquanet by the case /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif

Scorps rocked... I saw them at a couple of Day on the Green concerts. Not sure if they had those down your way.... pretty wild stuff [IMG] /forums/images/graemlins/woot.gif /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif /forums/images/graemlins/shame.gif

Ummm, I realize the 80's might have been a pretty rough time for you Geriatrics among us, but Guns and Roses can definately be classified as a crossover to the 90's since they were still going strong in 91 and 92. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

G&R could hand 95% of those bands listed their collective butts when they were together. And Axl Rose isn't a tool. He's a overinflated egotistic dumba** of biblical proportions.

I know they have a really big following I just could never get into them. That screaming he tries to pass off as singing gets under my skin... kinda like when someone runs their fingernails down a chalkboard /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
