hey Stephen! i have a tcase question and figured i might run it by ya. I am designing a spacer so I can mate my 700R4 to my np205 with the th350 adapter. Pretty much all I need to know at this point is exactly how much longer is the 700R4 output shaft than the 350 shaft? Need to know how thick the spacer will eventually have to be. Other than that, I should be ok....any hints on designing this thing? I just know there is something not-so-obvious to a newbie that I am gonna screw up. ;)

any info is, as always, greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure what the stock stickout is on a TH700, we don't have any here to measure up. I know it's about 2" or so. You may also want to look at maximizing the spline engagement so I'd measure up all the shaft lengths and build it to suit. There's no real trick to it, just make it match both parts.

165 dollars buys you an output that is just like the out end of a th350. get it at advanced adaptors.
this would make your 205 bolt up to a 700r for all i know.
the th350 only had 1 4x4 output shaft. so if they made a 205 for the th350, and as we know they did, then it should work.
