sticker for my truck / question, "locking differentials"

    can someone please define chevy's description of " locking differentials " ?
    my truck is a 84 k5 with 10bolt front and rear and 3:73 gears

    Do you mean the RPO code on the options sticker? If so, then it's G80. /forums/images/icons/cool.gif

    not exactly, on a factory sticker under the hood, onthe fender,. it list a bunch of options including one that says
    "locking differential", along with others that say,
    " 3.73 " gears
    "350 v-8 "
    and so on
