Stock Exh. Manifold differences

    Do any other year Blazers other than 1st gen. have the exhaust manifolds that come out in the center that are not angled? /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif

    Yep. Lots of the older full-size cars. Impala comes to mind. '58 to '67 maybe? Corvette is another application - right from the beginning and well into the 70's.

    The trucks will be straight dumps even on 2wd's from 58-62 I think - although they might have an extra "ear" on the driver's side for the generator.

    I was mostly trying to find out if the exhaust from a '73 or newer will fit onto the factory manifolds, which are like those mentioned, flat across the bottom.

    I found a kit for the pipe for 73 and up (cheap) but nothing for 72 and older
