I have a trailer hitch on my 72 Blazer that is mounted under and around the stock gas tank. The receiver end that I put my ball into comes out at an upwards angle. This makes the ball of my hitch sit at a funny angle. Is this a stock hitch and I have the wrong ball set up or is this an OLD aftermarket receiver hitch set up?

    Thanks again,

    Rod

Yah, I read all those but they don't tell me about my hitch. I was hoping not to have to get a new one. Does anyone out there know the type of reciever hitch that I am talking about? Can someone tell me how to post pictures and I'll take a few with the digital camera so you can all see what I'm talking about.

    Thanks,

    Rod

Okay, I think I have figured out a way to link my photos. I took these pictures at nigh so they don't look too goog and it is hard to tell the angles of the hitch. I'll try and get some better pics later.

Don't know the history but maybe the previous owner had a heavy trailer or major blazer sag and the angle corrected the sag problem he had (made it level)
    just a guess,

Hey I just noticed you've got a picture of my K5 in your album......"Climbin' and Burnin"

HA! I like that.....and I appreciate you giving me credit for having all 4 wheels spinning.....actually both diffs are OPEN which is why I had so much trouble climbing that hill.....that plus I was still at "street pressure".......what did I know about airing-down? It was my first REAL offroad adventure.

    Now I know better. [IMG]
