what is the stock rim size from chevy (I have a 86 Blazer) 15x? and what is the back spacing. I want to put 33" tires in stock rims. Will these fit with out a lift kit?

Well you could get at least 15x7 or x8, maybe even x6 at some point in time, but 7 or 8" is the typical. The code on the wheel, stamped in near the valve stem, is how you tell (or measure with tire off : ) Code will be something like "JJ"

Already posted on another thread that I know for a fact that 33x10.5R15's fit on stock wheels, no lift, and the optional 3/6 leaf front/rear springs.

Most shops I've talked to said they'd mount the tires and let me test for rubbing before purchase.
