I was wondering what most extended cab Z-71's are going for with power everything? I have looked at Kelley's blue book and Edmunds, but there is a $5000 difference in pricing between the two. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Ray

oops, I'm looking at a 97 silverado with 3rd dr. option. it has 56,000 miles and they are asking 16,995. Is this a good price?
    Thanks,
    Ray

As a matter of fact.... A buddy of mine just recently bought a '97 GMC sierra z-71 extended cab with 3rd door and 56k (kinda creepy) and he paid $16k for it with the extended warranty. He sure is glad it came with the warranty too because he has already had to replace his engine AND transmission. I wouldn't say it is a steal, but that isn't too bad of a price.

That sounds like a fair price Ray. I have a 96 but I bought it from an insurance auction. Out of curiosity I have checked around and I have seen 97s go lower, even down to 10,000 with those options but I cannot be sure what their mileage was.
