Made a thread in burban year forum about my day (which isnt so great).

Anyway, im out here in the west valley.. I will post some pics of the truck after this weekend (heading to mexico tomorrow morning)... but here are some specs that I know, in case you are interested.

    1973 Suburban
    1986 454
    Rebuilt Turbo400 tranny
    4 inch lift
    35inch AT tires

New to 4 wheeling, only really spent time on my quad. Hope to get into some wheeling, without having to dump too much cash into the truck. Maybe ill see some of you guys out there!

Haha! Thanks for the warm welcome guys!

As for the north side? Ugh! I paid enough for my house as it is =)

Im right at the 101 and I-10, so getting up north isnt so bad usually...

Where do you all usually wheel? I ride the quad out in the Hussyampa (sp?), but the trails are a little thin for a big ol' truck... I've heard crown king is a killer these days, but never been there myself.

Florence Junction , and Table Mesa mostly . Too bad your going to Mexico , you would of been Suburban company for TJ this weekend .

I personally like to run FR42 a lot too , 'cause its twisty , there aren't many people on it , and I can go fishing .

Ohh, love fishing! Yeah, well... with the little problem my truck just had (see top post for link) I dont think it will be running for a bit. I really hope its just a seal, and nothing else.

I just got the thing, and have little to no experience with old chevy trucks. I dont know if there is anything else wrong with it. Seemed to drive very well until that happened.

The 4wd shifter on the floor is noisy as hell... is that normal? hehe, this is going to be one hell of a learning experience I think.

    *edit*
