Is there any way I can hook up both the front and rear outputs from the HU to just one pair of speakers to get the most power into them? Just got given a old Kenwood and actually want to hear it on the hwy (needless to say it is loud in my truck with no roof, swampers, & glass packs).

Hook speakers up to either fronts or rears. Then use fadder to put all the "power" there.

    Dan,

I've seen some old decks that had a different wiring option if you wanted to run "2 high power" channels instead of 4 normal channels.

I'm not sure it's a good idea to just twist the "+" wires together without doing a quick "Google" search for the model # first. Most manufacturers have all the owners manuals available as .pdf files these days.
