What does a flotation size mean? Does that mean it will float in the water if it is filled or someting?? sorry

Keep the shiny side up, and the greasy side down.

The only stupid questions are the ones that you don't ask, brother.Knowledge has to come from somewhere.....To answer your question,it has to do with the relationship between your tire and the ground.
Basicly the wider the tire is the more "floatation" you'll have on any given surface. There is also a factor of tire pressure that you have to add into the equasion......
I'm kinda drunk so I'm sure somebody else can explain it alot better....
I did use a couple of big words though if that counts for anything...hehehehe

CBLAZER81 covered it pretty well(even drunk!). If you look at sand rails, they have wide tires mounted on 12"-15" wide rims. This allows the tire to stay on top of the sand, or "float". Mud tires, for example, dig so they are not a flotation type tire. Hope this helps to explain.
