Am I correct in thinking that the frames on the 3/4T subs are beefier than the 1/2T frame?

I am think, just thinking, about selling the Blazer and getting a 3/4T sub. Main just for the towing ability.

The spec book on my 91 shows a bit of difference in a thickness here and a radius there, and other bits & pieces, but not sure i'd rate it "BEEFIER" (more meat, yes; beefier???).
BUT.. those few extra slices, coupled with the heavier brakes, tranny, axles, yada, yada equate into a better towing rig! PLUS the extra wheelbase.
    Can't go wrong with a 3/4 sub for towing! /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/burb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
