I plan to build new panels for my subs. I will be running two 12" subs. Is there any difference in quality between putting them both on the same side or one on each side?

I would think with 12's that you'd need too put one on each side too get the propper air space (Cubic feet) for each sub. Might even have to extend part of each box over the rear wheel wells.
