I have access to a 17 X 35" pop-up sunroof cheap, but I know the blazers have some type of roll bar set up running thru the roof. Does anyone know the location? If its all the way in the back, I can make this work, If its thru the middle, scrap the whole idea. Thanks for the imput. /forums/images/icons/confused.gif

I just cut my half cab off, so I know fully well where this thing is. It's inside the rear thick portion of the half cab...where your pillar comes up and it's bulged out at the back...this is where the integrated roll bar is. I was surprised how thick that thing is. Took 2 torch sawzall blades to cut it out!!! Also, near the front of the halfcab by the winshield, the metal is 3 layers thick. This was also a surprise.

    Hope this helps you!

Thanks... It looks like that will give me enough room...anything in the middle I should be cautious of, or am I free to chop?

I've got one in mine but I regret it. After a while the seals go and the sun beats down on you. Putting it in was easy, you should have no trouble.

I have one in my car and found out two things....keep vasoline on the seals , keep from getting wet, and go to a junkyard, cot out a stiff headliner to match size of glass and set it up with velcro for sunshade. A friend of mine really got cute and had his wife stitch banding around it and it looks factory. Just a un-asked for suggestion. Thanx
