Superior\'s New Front Axle Shafts and Ujoints

Just for those of you who have not heard, Superior is coming out with a new set of front axle shafts. They are supposed to be as strong or possibly stronger than the warns (due to the heat treating process and they roll splines into the shafts instead of cutting). The Jeep and early Bronco ones will be close to end of March, the K5 and Full size ones will be towards the end of the summer. The new u-joints they will have will be about 30% stronger than the ones now offered by Spicer, they are made in house not by CTM for them and should be around 100 bucks each.

This was all the info I could get out of them today.

sounds good to me. I'll be ready for that upgrade about that time. i'm really leaning towards the warn shafts and CTM's but it's nice to know there are more options out there. Hey dep are still shopping for an upgrade for your front axle or have you already beefed up your front axle yet?

Yukon has also joined the band wagon. They are making the axles for GM based rigs for under $400 for a pair. I will find out more info on strength and warranty.

Do you know warranty info on the Superior Axles?

    Thanks for the Info Depdog!

Probably going to beef the 44 with new joints and axle shafts untill I can afford the 60 front, then I will go up in tire size, might do some totally cool tube work to the beast as well.
