    Ok,
I just installed superwinch hubs. On the right side I cannot get the clutch part with the rubber O ring to seat into the hub cavity all the way. I used a rubber mallet and it will not sit tight in there (o-ring still not seated). I did not have this problem with the drivers side. Any ideas. I took it back apart twice and all seems good internally.

if time and patience permits, you may want to try swapping the two lockouts to determine whether it is the lockout or the wheel hub. i havent taken a set of those apart, ive seen warn and spicers. i would make sure that the large outer snap ring is seated all the way. maybe some pics?
    good luck

The outter ring is in the groove. I checked that twice. I will try swapping the clutches tomorrow if time permits.
