I ditched out on night school tonight to go surf after work because the report said it was big...
(It was some of the best surf ALL summer!) /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

I get a few waves, take a late drop in on this one from the very top, and coming down the face of the wave was longer then my 9' longboard. Barely made it droping in because the wave was so steep and big. I'm not saying it was a 9' wave but pretty damn close. After droping in and cranking a bottom turn i got a few turns up and down the wave and it was a good 2 feet overhead. /forums/images/icons/grin.gif The biggest wave i've ridden so far. Just had to share. Man i was stoked. /forums/images/icons/grin.gif /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif

I know where i'll be all weekend. If you like to watch people ride waves, this weekend should be great over at the coast. /forums/images/icons/cool.gif

NICE!!!!! That's my old stomping ground!! I grew up in SC and used to surf sewers peak, 38th, the hook, little wind and sea, Santa Mo's, all those breaks on the east side. I used to live right off Portola growing up. Glad to hear the waves were nice....I'll have to see if I can make it down this weekend for a session.

Have fun this weekend if you go out...

    Thanks dude.
Everywhere was overhead. The point was looking like a consistent 2 feet overhead. It'll probally die out a little before this weekend, but it should still be good!
Maybe i'll see ya at 38th or second peak out at the point.
I got a 9' pearson arrow with GREEN flames thats easy to spot.

Hey shut up! That movie could have really happened.

Those guys surfed, robbed banks, and went skydiving....if they had driven K5's instead of Jeeps it might have been the best movie of all time.....VERY realistic!

The only movie more realistic i can think of would be The Fast And The Furious.

Yeah! Vin Diesel and Keanu Reeves should make a movie together......that would be AWESOME. They could call it:

    BREAK FAST!

God I'm an idiot! Time for bed! /forums/images/icons/grin.gif
