I just bought my K5 back in june of 2002 and really love it. I use it as an everyday vehicle and the only thing not stock on it is the 32" tires and the Rancho 5000's I just had put on 3 months ago. I would like to know if I can improve the suspension even more where it wouldn't be so stiff, as one friend commented "I believe a concrete block would ride better" /forums/images/graemlins/usaflag.gif

Welcome to CK5 and it's great to see you as a member your first post.

Replacing your bushings in the springs would go a long way towards ride quality but after all this time I'm sure they're seized.

Guess it's time for a 4" softride lift and shackle flip your rear just to get rid of those nasty bushings. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Do yourself a favor and poke around here a bit. Ride height and quality are covered just about every day.

I mentioned to my friend about the 4"lift and he suggested that if I was going to lift it, it should be high enough to drive something new under it. The @sshole gives me a hard time about it. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
