I will use this as an oppurtunity to post a pic of my bone stock '87 Nippon Warrior. It has street tires on it still. I use it for gettin around the ranch where I hunt. I see a lot of potential as a built-up rig. I have been extremely impressed with it's performance in it's stock form. When I get my old azz Willy's running again, it will take over hunting duty, and I might build up the Sammi. Future mods will be a set of the smallest mud tires I can find, and a camo paint job. Maybe a spring-over.

I have one, bought it for $500 in bone stock form, had to rebuild the head though, I did that, did a spring over, and welded the rear, and put a roll cage in and the damn thing works awesome, as you can tell I beat the hell out of it and havent managed to break it yet.

ohe yeah weld the rear, sprong over ,and 31s. they are really capable like that. And if you get 2 tracker front pods and change the side gears, you can get deep (5.29) gears pretty cheap.

I did own a Suzuki SJ413 pickup for 7 years. When I bought it it had already been changed for 31". I and my brother changed it for 33". Then we put a VOLVO B20B (2,0L) engine in it, and a power stearing from Mazda 626. It worked very well.

Ower here in Iceland we had a lot of those. Most of them had 33" or 36" but the biggest one had 44".

I sold my Suzuki eight years ago when I bought my /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

My 88.5 is carbed. FI started in like 90 or 91 or something like that. Check out the Samurai board on POR, lots of pretty good "newbie" info over there.

Sorry, but these things seem about as easy to roll as a toy car. /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

May want to invest in a sturdy roll cage! /forums/images/graemlins/woot.gif
