I used to know a guy who ran them in snow and they did alright. I was wondering about there on street and sand capabilities. /forums/images/graemlins/truck.gif

I ran 35" x 14.5" SSR's last year in the snow and they did pretty good. I likes my TSL Radials better though !!

I personaly have run 36" TSL Radials and 39.5" TSL' s in snow(@9000-1200 feet high in Colorado) and love them. My friends would all be stuck, and I would still be in 2wd.(No lockers) My friend has 36" SSRs, and they seem to work for him. ON ice, not to bad, as long as you take it easy, as you should. /forums/images/graemlins/usaflag.gifJake

i figure the SSR's would be even better than the TSL's in snow because of the siped center blocks vs. the solid ones on the tsl's.

i don't know about the ssr's but my boggers pull through the snow great. driving on ice wasn't to bad but no tire stops good on ice, just ask the loser in an explorer doing 60 . that is after they pull him out with the jaws of life. most major chain tire stores sipe tires /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gifto /forums/images/graemlins/truck.gif
