We have at least 5 or 6 good ones a year. There are 2 VERY large meets in Turlock each year also.

Pick up a drive magazine and look in the western region for car shows/swap meets.

Only if your head is stuck in the sand :haha:

I agree its ridiculous to have to pay to park anywhere... but that is one benefit to having a booth. I park inside at the booth and don't have to pay extra for it. No lines to get in (as long as you go in before 7am) and if I find something heavy I don't have to lug it back out to the parking lot. Spent the weekend hanging out with good friends and meeting new people.

Try a Carquest parts place. Carquest is now a sponsor of the mag.

    MAX baby!

    That's my answer - park & ride - $4.75 for a ticket

Plus you get all kinds of weird stares from the tweakers that usually ride MAX when you are carrying a fender or axle on the train! :D :D

So what are your plans for the cab? I just picked up a 37 chevy truck cab and planning on building a tube frame around it, half tons, 465, twin sticked 205, tbi 350, 4 link front and rear with coils. I want to do a cheap rat rod-wheeler. You know a wheeler in the spirit of a rat rod.
