I have got to diferent answers from the wrecking yards here in Arizona. I want to put the 91 front grill and lights in by 85 front clip. 1 place told me that I had to replace the radiator core support and the other said I didn't Anyone know the real answer.

    Moose,

CHeck out the article I wrote on the ColoradoK5 main page. You will have to change radiator support, headlight assemblies, wiring harness, grille, and headlight bezels. You will also have to drill some new holes for the grille mounting on the lower valance. The newer '89-'91 valance has some mounting brackets and holes that are different than the '81-'88 style. If you can, get the newer valance. You will benefit from buying a used headlight wiring harness from an '89-'91 Blazer/Jimmy/Suburban/Super Cab. Oh, I am rambling. Check out the article and feel free to email me with any questions.
