Swapping a 14 FF and a Dana 44 in place of 1/2 10 bolts, any advice?

    Just wondering if theres any trouble i'll run into or advice other than whats in the tech article?

    Both Steve (here @ K5 under projects and his UAB) and Shawn (@ www.offroad.com) have big write ups that will tell you everything you need and have some great pics...
    Not sure if knew about Shawn's article. From what I hear just make sure they aren't 1 ton axles for a 1/2 and you'll be ok.

    The spring perches on the rear would have to be moved if it is a 1 ton. Better of with the 3/4 ton 14 bolt. Should bolt right up.

    Not only the spring perches, but the shock mounts need to be relocated also.
