Man! I thought installing that thing would be easy. It took forever because my sway bar is bent a little bit. I got it in and everything, but I'm really worried that when I pull the pins and actually disconnect it, the same thing is going to happen and I'll never be able to get it locked back in place...without taking everything apart again. Anyone else with this problem? How much are new sway bars?

Are you sure its bent? Maybe it's not level, so the ends don't line up properly, i have the ORD kit and they tell you in the instructions, and it is very true, to have a hammer when you reconnect everything, i have to drive in the pins with the foremenioned hammer cause no place i've ever seen is level.
