sway bar question

    I finally installed my 4" lift this weekend. How long of brackets do i need to drop the sway bar? Any links to any pics?

    with a 4 inch you should be able to reattach the sway bar without any drop brackets...it did on mine when i lifted it a few years ago...

    yeah i got my sway bar hooked back up just fine, was just wondering if i really needed to drop it down a bit or if its really worth it?

    i pulled the sway bar off all together last november...because i did cross over steering and it ended up being in the way...but really it dosent ride or drive bad without it...i really dident notice a difference with it off...but made a hell of a difference off road...night and day..

    my suburban rides a lot better without it so i took it off. but my springs are kinda stiff.

    I notice more sway without my sway bar (obviously.)
    Honestly, i like the ride better with the sway bar, but I'm ditching mine soon out of neccessity.

    just take it off... i did and never looked back... my /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif rides better without it too and i drive it everyday with no problems.... just warn passengers that are used to a carlike ride to take some dramamine b4 they ride cause without anything to hold on to (steering wheel) you notice the sway a lot more... btw- anyone need a sway bar? mine wont ever get used again
