    See things like this all the time, 1 ton trucks pulling semi trailers. Sorry for crappy pictures, it was on my cell phone while driving.

    If the container is empty it weighs about 8000 lbs. So thats legal even if the driver did a s**t tiedown job on it. But the grader is worth a ticket if caught.

    holy crap, that looks like somthing my dad would do with his 3/4 ton! He brought home a small diesel locomotive on a trailer behind it once, its gotta weigh more than that grader!

    Well, that Cat 12 weighs in at 24k lbs, and the trailer has three 10k lb axles, so it might actually make it across the scales without a ticket. Just because these high powered diesel pickups can pull the load, doesn't mean they can stop it.
