Mt transfer case (np208) keeps jumpign out of 2-H followed by a grinding noise until i come to a complete stop and shift it to N then back into 2-H I pulled the case apart the shifting fork looks fine...any other ideas?? Should i tie a rope to my stick and tie it off to the front of the cab or what?

You hold those needle bearings in place with wheel bearing grease. Then reassemble it very carefully so you don't knock any of them out of place.

Not according to the shop manual. [IMG] It doesn't take much grease to hold the bearings in place.
