I'm pretty sure my 203 t-case adapter is twisting slightly on where it bolts to the th350 tail housing. I can tell cause it's leaking big time there and when I brake hard and then accelerate I hear a metalic sound like something is twisting slightly. Now I still haven't got the darn 205 in there yet but when I do the swap what kinda fixes do you think I'll need if the threaded tail housing holes are ovaled? Drill them out and retap =larger bolts, or drill them through/smooth and use longer bolts with a nut on the back side if possible, helicoil, new tail housing? Maybe it'll be Ok and I can just run with it. Any ideas are welcomed. Thanks. /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif
