My 76 Blazer came stock with a 400cid engine, and TH-350 automadic transmission. What Transfer case is stock ??? And would I be better off to keep the stock T-case or change it out. If changing it out, what should I get ???? I want to make this truck strong for both on and off road use. I prefer to build it stronger then I'll need.

Yes, it's fulltime 4 wheel drive. I was told it's the chain type.

you gotta 203. You can convert these to part time and it should be plenty strong. If you want ultimate strength, go with an np205.
