I have installed the isspro tach and a isspro mechanical oil pressure gauge,in these days. The tach is allowed in the place for the optional clock,(Mine is a Custom Deluxe without clock). The Isspro tach is great,it works fine.Is a good set.

Where did you get them from? I could use both a tach and an oil pressure guage.

Where did you connect the tachometer? At the alternator?

I got it in Internet www.isspro.com The set was in Spain in 3 days!
This is the theme. With the isspro tach,is not necessary to conect nothing to the alternator, with the riske to damage it.Isspro has set wich has a specific tach for the 6.2 engine, you only need to attach with glue two little magnets to the engine pulley at 180º distance. And then attch a magnet sensor in one of the front oil pan lugs, for detect the magnets when the pulley is in motion. Is a very easy installation, and you don,t need to open the alternator.

That sounds good, I have a tachometer attached at the generator, but everything does not show the correct number of rpm’s... I’m looking for a sender, which one fastens to an injection line and so that gives the impulse to the tachometer.

    Muchos saludos del emigrado catalán.

My mother is Spaniard and I was born in Barcelona. I have both the Spanish and the German nationality. For the moment my parents lives in Tarragone.

The tachometer I meaned, gives it from EQUE but only with digital display. That looks like ***** in the classical instrument panel.

Well, I,m from the Basque Country. Is a great surprise,at the moment i was the only from here in the forum, well i think the only stranger in the forum. My english is very bad,but in this forum i feel to me like in my own home, with the rest of the Blazer boys.
Ok, a digital tach is not for a Gm truck. Please remove it ,throw it away, and install a good diesel tach.
