Anyone in NC, preferably the Fayetteville area have a tail gate sash for a 79ish Blazer K5 they are willing to let go of, I know I can get a new one from dealer for about 40.00 but due to my upcoming move to KY in 1 week i'm kinda broke, if you can help please email me, coming to get it is not a problem

Have you ever thought about running without it? When I painted my truck, I got the body shop to fill the mounting holes in and left it off. I installed a Chevrolet sticker I got from Jeff Lyons(Jeff427) and I'm really happy with the way it looks.

Maybe I misunderstood but I thought the sash is the long channel that the rear window is mounted into. You cant fill the
holes & put a sticker on it. Like I said maybe I misunderstood.-Jim

When you replace the sash you will need to replace the rubber filler that goes into the sash and the window sits in that. When I redid my '90 I bought everything from the dealer, the rubber cost me around $50-cuz' they only sell it in 50 foot roll....needless to say I have extra. Like almost 40 feet extra(I messed up had to cut a second piece). Might be able to help you with that part. Sorry, don't have a sash.
