I just picked up a half cab for my 79 for $150 . Boy was i the happiest man on year that day. I had it installed that same day. The question is, can i remove the tailgate with the window in it and replace it for one from a pick up truck?

I have a 75 with the full top and have thought about the truck tailgate when I get a soft top for it. The LMC catalog shows the blazer with both type tailgates as options, including all the critical hardware. That would make me think it should be no problem to convert over. Good luck!

what do you mean you picked up a half cab, do you just mean a top for your blazer or a pickup type top for 69 to75 blazers, just curious[IMG]

this guy in pa decided to sell his half cab. Its the top piece with the sliding glass and the lower bulk head pieces. The kit bolts right in. All i had to do was get some hardware. Poor guy i feel bad, He didnt know what one of this thing could have gone for. But hey lucky me.
