    Hi Everyone,
Last night I backed into my old man's Exploder.
His front bumper is wasted but my Blazer is fine except for my
tailgate. I can't open it unless someone pushes on the top
while I pull on the handle. The top left corner of the tailgate
is higher than the rear quater panel, by about half an inch. How
can I adjust the tailgate so its back to where it should be.
Thanks for all your help, I have learned so much from this site.
    Thanks,
    Rooster

As far as I can tell, it sounds like somehow the left mounting bracket got bent upward, causing the left side of the tailgate to ride high and bind up. Open the tailgate and compare the position of the bracket on the lower left side to the one on the right......
