    tailgate\'s

Need some advice on removing and replacing the tailgate hardware. How do you remove the handle and crank from the tailgate. I need to replace the interior parts on my 75 Blazer (manual crank).

I just replaced everything in my manual rear window, so I know how it goes. If you want to take the outside handle off, you need to take everything else out to get at it. Take the glass out first then the regulator and the two nuts that hold on the outside handle will be visible. It is acually easier that it looks. You need to take the seals that run side to side on the truck so you can slide the window out of the tailgate completely, that is the hardest part of the whole job because of those friggin metal clips!!!!! Hope this helps and if not write again and I'll answer your question.
