What is involve in making my 78 350 fuel injected. I will have to change the harness and the computer and the heads and intake. What else?

Only obvious thing I can see that you left out is fuel delivery. You'll have to ditch your mechanical fuel pump in favor of an electrical one. Easiest would probably be get a whole donor gas tank from a TBI vehicle.

You'll also need a TBI distributor. Old style HEI wont work with TBI ECM.
