TBI on a edelgrock intake

    will a stock gm tbi setup bolt up to an edelbrock performer intake manifold? I've been thinking about FI alot lately but dont have the funds for TPI

    well, GM used to have an adapter that wold bolt the tbi onto a spreadbore intake on heavy duty models, it was a factory item,so a gm parts counter could get it for you.

    Edelbrock or Holley , maybe even Mr. Gasket make an adapter for doing this.

    thanks fo the replies....This is only goin to happen if i find a tbi setup in a swap meet or junk yard. Does anyone know if tbi's are able to be ported out for more cfm? My engine wll require a lot of gas and i hope a tbi will give that to me.
