I replaced my leafsprings back in June. When I removed the old springs, I tossed the teflon pads. They we're cracked and worn. Lately I've been hearing some pops and cracks from "down there", I figure its the springs rubbing on the perches. Can someone give me a heads up on this? and where I can find replacements? Dealership? partshouse? Ace hardware? Thanx a ton!

I don't think they are teflon, just plastic.

Just put a whole pile of teflon tape between the spring perches.. That ought to quiet it up a bit.
Don't take me serious. I'm going on "no sleep" Watched the election coverage til 3 in the morning. Dammit..

It's better to have it than to need it, than to need it and not have it !!!!
