O.k. folks, lets get a jump on this one so we can have it a little better this year and also try to make it a weekend where there is no holidy or other BIG ride going on.

    Any suggestions.

Is this for the 1st of the year time frame or the May-ish time frame?

But you say you'd have to go down school bus to get out the other way right? So with out ever being there, I'd assum going down would be ok long as it wasn't raining?

Well, I've done loaded the map and the trail descriptions. I should have a better idea of which trails I'd like to hit in my truck before we get there. I aint afraid of a little damage, but from some of the crap I've seen it makes my stomach start knoting up just sitting here thinking about it.

    Well,
I hope I will make it and bring Sapper too. He is makin is bigger as soon as we get the time. Then all I have to do is convince him to put some 37 or 38 with fender trimming and we will be ready.

Set your truck up Like Boss's and Deps. Get the tires uout from under the fenders and a rail on the side of the slider that matches the wheels distance they hang out. Both BigJBear and I took most of our damage because we are running stock rims. Need the offset and need the Spacers. I will be buying mine soon as well as a new set of rims.
Boss saved so much damage with the offset.

First off. Most of the trail damage was done on the "moderate" trails. Thats were we took most of the hits. Tellico changes all the time. And guess what! it never gets easier. I would love to do 9 again or even lower 2.

Well, sliders were planned, looks like a little more planning for width. I don't think my tires are going out any more, 39.5 X18 Boggers (spacers in rear) Just have to get bumpers made, winch, sliders, new shafts, and on board air and welder. Lot to get done over winter, but we will see. http://coloradok5.com/gallery/Schimdt4

I got the air, welder and the rest, now hunting one ton running gear and probalby go to 38 or 40 inch meats. Gonna have to tub the rear fenders some and either move the front axle forward or cut into the floor pans and move them in some, or maybe a combo of both. Its an in the works thing, I am now commited, it will happen.

Hmm, gonna have some nice 1/2 ton axles for sale as soon as this works out.

Yes, they may be up for sale. Cant decide though, I may stay with the 15" tire size and then I can run them for a while till I can afford a new set.
