1 bus and 2 major rail stations and i think 4 subway stations. No report of deaths at this time but hundreds injured so far, some serious. I just watched them doing heart massage on one poor guy as they took him into hospital from the back of the ambulance.
I'm still trying to get news of two friends who were travelling through Euston station around the time of the bombs. Mobile phone networks are down too.
This really sucks. And where were all our police? Keeping dirt bag anarchist and so called 'peace' protesters from ripping Glen Eagles to pieces along with 8 world leaders!
Well here's peace for them, and I bet they still think there no world terrorist threat.

No I'm about 10 miles away. Can't get hold of friends in town though because of the phone blackout.

I hope you get info on your friends soon.

The cowards that executed it are saying it was a military operation against Britain because of their support of the action in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Only a terrorist would call an attack on civilians their military response.

We need to get in their heads and convince them to PRACTICE suicide bombing out in the desert, and keep doing it til they get it right.

Your country and countrymen are in my prayers, brother.

It's so weird. I'm sitting in my train station parking lot right now, and I just heard helicopters going down the line, not to mention police on the platform (where I've never seen a cop before in the last 5 years).

It's odd when you know these people want to kill you, and you see it right in front of you.

    SouthernSpeed, stay safe today.

I just got to the office and saw this. I hope your friends are safe, my prayers go out for all of your countrymen that were killed or hurt.

Somebody tell me again how we shouldn't be profiling muslims, and how we are the great global agressor.

Thanks guys. Unfortunately we're up against faceless cowards, and you don't know you're standing next to one 'till it's too late...but I don't need to tell you guys about all that, we're all in this together one way or another.
If it wasn't for the massive effort and sacrafice of US troops along side our numerically lesser but just as determined troops these people would be forcing their beliefs on the whole world by now. (when I say US and British I'm by no way belittling the Canadians, Australians etc so don't take offence). It's a shame the rest of the free world can't unite with us and kick ass once and for all. And yes, that a pop at the French and all the others that washed their hands of a world wide problem.

I wish I could go active duty again right now...... I wonder if the rag heads realize that the more they fight the more of us join in the fight..... Americans and Brits and I assume many more don't take to this stuff lying down. Every time something like this happens, we have more and more people volunteer to arm up and ship out. It seems to me that they aren't thinking this through very well. Especially since the US and UK are very close allies. Their just poking and poking and keep having their asses handed to them on a silver platter (taken from a palace in iraq no less) I'm still trying to get a hold of my brother in law there. Cell phone is still down. I hope he is ok....

Its certainly encouraging to know that we have ideological allies on the other side of the big pond. The fight against international terrorism is a cause that all civilized people should have no problem getting behind. Unfortunately a lot of socialists in Europe and elsewhere see the current situation as a grand opportunity to take a few shots at the USA. France's official position is especially annoying. My great grand father went to France in WWI and lost his brother there... my grandfather fought against the axis also, albeit in the Pacific. It seems like multiple generations of Americans sacrificed a whole lot so that France could be a free country today and then when we needed their support they turned their back on us. Sad thing is, it isn't like we needed French ground troops (what use are they anyway?!) all we needed was them to stay out of the way and shut up... they couldn't even do that. I'm sure my great grand father is rolling in his grave, wondering what his brother died for. I say, next time germany invades, we let them have France.

The only thing that's going to get other countries involved is when something happens on their soil. Maybe if the Eiffel tower got blown up the French's balls would drop and they would step up.

I would hope so, but I really doubt it. They would do the standard left wing crap. They'd start off by being "horrified"... a week later they'd wonder "what did we do to make them mad?"... a week after that they'd begin their campaign to forget all about it. Terrorists love these kinds of people... they stay "still" long enough that its easier to kill them.

The said that "The Secret Organization of Al-Qaida in Europe" claimed responsibility on the internet.

Same bunch of islamofascists that are doing all of it really.

Great thing to wake up to

I watch Fox News first thing in the morning, but this morning I fell asleep after a few minutes and had the craziest dream about being in London with a bunch of people I know...

Hope they get everything sorted out quick...
