THIS DAMN THING WON'T STOP LEAKING. I HAVE HAD THE SEALS REPLACED TWICE,ONCE WITH AFTERMARKET SEALS AND ONCE WITH FACTORY STUFF. IS THE DARN THING WARPED OR WHAT? AT TIMES IT WILL LEAK SO BAD THAT WHEN I LET IT SIT FOR A FEW DAYS THE FLUID WILL RUN DOWN THE DRIVESHAFT AND PUDDLE UP UNDERNEATH THE REAR END. ANY SUGGESTION ON WHAT I SHOULD DO? Your seals could be getting damaged while installing the t-case. That is what happened to my 1979 K10 when the previous owner replaced the seal at the back of the adapter. Also check the shaft for a groove where the seal contacts the shaft.

There might be a plug inside the t-case input shaft that is not sealing properly. Check there!
