I am getting my TH350 rebuilt and I was wondering if I should put any accesories back in (shift kit, etc.) and how much do they cost? It hooks up to a 203 transfer case. Thanks for the insight.

i put a 2 quart extra capacity TCI aluminum pan on mine, along with a trans temp guage to see how it is doing. a shift kit might be ok, just not one that would make REALLY hard shifts, might shift too hard on the trail! with the big pan mine runs about 10-15 degrees cooler now
    (sp? as always)

The TH350 transmission is pretty good from the git-go. I'd just do some things to ensure it keeps on shifting. A deep pan like suggested and a cooler would ensure that it will be working for a long time to come.
