    look next to the front shock i looks like a round post or cylinder thet may work as a bump stop??

    It is a bump stop, called an air-bump. Sway-a-way, King, Fox, all make them. You fill them with nitrogen to change the compression spring rate in them and they have about 2-3" of travel. Makes bottoming out not so harsh.
