65 or 66 i think it is. One of my favorites even though it won't handle as well as some of the others from the '70s. My wife likes the ones from the early 70's better but i like these. :thumb:

    Nice!--me Like!!

Thats a 66 Chevelle!..my friend has one with a factory 396,an SS model--its one of the fastest cars I've ridden in ...and its in primo shape!--can you say "Chick Magnet!" :D

Why would a 66 not handle as good as the 70's version, when they use the exact same front suspension from 64-72??...I've driven my friends 66,it handles just fine --I had a 69 GTO that didn't feel as tight as his car did,and my goat was in good shape..and had the same suspension and frame as a chevelle..the 66 is a bit longer and heavier, but not that much...

67 Chevelle 300... excellent choice. (can tell its a 67 by the taillights peeking around the quarter panel, 66s dont do that)

my dream car is a Marina Blue 67 SS396. 4 speed, 12 bolt, gotta have black vinyl interior, and a set of Torque Thrus IIs.

66 in red , 67 in blue . Those are the different front ends , save for the emblems . The one in the first post is a Sedan 300 Deluxe , since its post car ( window frame on door ) .

    I want another 69 , and my Laguna back .... I miss having an A-body :(

that's not a Pony Car... Mustangs are Pony cars. depending on who you talk to Camaros, AMC AMXs, etc are also considered Pont cars.

That 66 Chevelle is a sweet ride. Just needs about 2" more height in the back and about 1" lower in the front.
