    Anyone like the Beatles?

im sure i will start a flame war, but...

they have to be one of the worst bands ever.

people say if it wasnt for the Beatles we wouldnt have Rock and Metal, my answer is that they figured if those A$$clowns can do it so can they, and do it better.

    The White album.

I like a lot of their stuff, but not usually the songs they like to play on the radio. Not a huge fan of Lucy in the Sky...

    I'll bite :D :D :D :D :D :D

Let me put it this was when the Beatles first started they were pop, after a bit of phsychodelic drugs did they finally get weird enough to be part of the new rock culture exploring different avenues of music.

In Dawinism and music there is evolution, without a start there can be no middle and no end. I believe that alot of there stuff is crap and still overplayed after 40 years. While the rest can be played and enjoyed by true affectionados of classic rock.

P.S. I just said the same thing as you but in a much more eloquent way.

When you listen to the beatels, you violate our constitutional rights, because, when its too loud, people have to cover there ears, and when they cover there ears, you are forcing them to do so. And we are supposed to be free. So people shouldnt have to be forced to cover there ears, just because you want to listen to the beatels. :D

The Beatles.. At least they didn't rip off obscure blues music and pass it off as their own, like zeppelin did when they started.. Still a bunch of hacks though.. Paul McCartney has to be the stupidest songwriter ever.. he'd be right at home in the wiggles for gods sake.. leftist hippies, all of 'em.

The Who was the best british invasion band, IMHO.
